RGM Product Manager

The Coca-Cola Company•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is building the next generation of its Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) product as an intelligent decision platform for commercial teams. The platform will use AI agents to interact with enterprise data, invoke analytics and optimization models, run and compare scenarios, and provide recommendations with supporting reasoning. The product supports consequential pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions across markets and bottlers, and is intended to turn analysis into timely commercial action. The Product Manager owns the product’s purpose and direction: which problems it solves, for whom, in what order, and how success is measured. Working in a persistent cross-functional team with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and RGM experts, the role translates market discovery into product strategy, requirements, and a prioritized roadmap, and remains accountable for whether delivered capabilities meet business needs. This hands-on global role spans discovery, pilot design, delivery, launch, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. It requires fluency in RGM concepts and product outputs such as elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math, as well as the ability to evaluate AI-generated recommendations and maintain their credibility with users. The role supports operating units and bottlers across regions and establishes product practices for scaling Global RGM across the Coca-Cola system. It involves working across time zones, including early and late calls and availability outside standard business hours, as well as travel to markets. The position is based in Atlanta, United States; travel is listed as 00%–25%. Sponsorship for employment status is not offered; applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

  • At least 8 years of experience, including a strong track record in digital, data, or analytics product management and hands-on pricing and promotion experience at a CPG company, bottler, or retailer.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management across pricing, promotion, assortment, and mix, as well as commercial analytics and value-creation drivers.
  • Working knowledge of global RGM best practices across headline pricing, price-pack architecture, trade promotion optimization, assortment, mix management, and trade terms and margin management.
  • Strong understanding of bottler go-to-market models, including direct store delivery, distributors, and wholesalers; channel and outlet segmentation; and how pricing and promotion decisions affect the bottler P&L and point-of-sale execution.
  • Ability to interpret elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math, and explain both their limitations and conclusions.
  • Experience taking digital or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption in a matrixed, franchise environment, including stakeholder mapping, launch planning, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Ability to write concise one-pagers and communicate insight stories from analyst level through leadership.
  • Demonstrated product management experience framing problems and outcomes, writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, owning and prioritizing a backlog, and working with engineering through agile delivery ceremonies.
  • Experience owning a product vision and roadmap end to end, setting strategy, translating business needs into capabilities, sequencing by value, making trade-offs, and defending decisions to senior leadership.
  • Fluency in product discovery techniques such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and assumption testing.
  • Experience defining and tracking product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes, and using them to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, or AI/ML products, including collaboration with data scientists on model requirements, evaluation criteria, and release readiness for non-deterministic outputs.
  • Product leadership experience aligning Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders around a product vision and establishing product culture, standards, and practices.
  • Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and processes, documenting current practices, designing future-state processes, and identifying handoffs, bottlenecks, and decision points.
  • Ability to assess model outputs critically and explain evidence-based conclusions to both product teams and skeptical users.
  • Strong pilot design and test-and-learn skills, including hypothesis framing, control groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Technical fluency to engage engineers and architects on APIs, data pipelines, and platform trade-offs.
  • Hands-on comfort with Power BI and the RGM Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications.
  • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States.
  • Willingness to work across time zones, including early and late calls and availability outside standard business hours, and to travel to markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global RGM suite; set outcome-based goals, define problems to solve, sequence capabilities by commercial value, and present the roadmap and delivered value to operating-unit leadership and bottler executives.
  • Conduct ongoing user discovery with RGM teams, including observing pricing workflows, to identify where the product creates value and where it falls short.
  • Translate user needs into clear problem statements, written requirements, examples, and acceptance criteria, and validate fixes with users after release.
  • Write user stories for engineering and represent operating-unit and bottler needs in prioritization and roadmap decisions with the Global RGM Product Owner.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog against commercial value; sequence competing requests and explain prioritization decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Define release success measures, participate in backlog refinement and sprint reviews, and provide business sign-off that shipped functionality meets market needs.
  • Protect product credibility by identifying recommendations that would not withstand scrutiny before presenting them to bottlers.
  • Embed a closed-loop RGM workflow covering insight generation and opportunity sizing, strategy setting, guardrail definition, in-market execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Design product governance capabilities that enforce RGM rules of engagement, including price floors and ceilings, discount depth and promotion frequency, and price-gap and price-index thresholds.
  • Support pilot design and test-and-learn practices with market teams, including hypothesis framing, control groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Define quality criteria for AI-generated recommendations with AI Engineering and Data Science, determine where human review is needed, and flag outputs unsupported by underlying data.
  • Partner with UX on the end-to-end user experience, launch communications, and demonstrations.
  • Build business cases for significant capability requests by sizing commercial opportunity, weighing effort and alternatives, and recommending what to build.
  • Lead releases through launch and adoption, including launch planning, capability building, and short user playbooks.
  • Track product adoption by market, including who uses the product, how it is used, and where usage stalls; report measured results and feed findings into the backlog.
  • Map current workflows and design future-state processes around the product, identifying handoffs, bottlenecks, and decision points.
  • Work across time zones, including early and late calls and availability outside standard business hours, and travel to markets.
