RGM Product Manager

Coca-Cola•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Product Manager, RGM owns the what and why of Coca-Cola’s Global Revenue Growth Management product: which problems it solves, for whom, in what order, and how success is measured. Working in a persistent cross-functional team with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and RGM experts, the role turns market discovery into product direction, requirements, and a prioritized roadmap. The position spans product strategy and hands-on delivery, from user stories and acceptance criteria to backlog prioritization, release success measures, and business sign-off. The role focuses on improving commercial decisions across pricing, promotion, and portfolio management. It requires fluency in RGM analytics, including elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math, as well as understanding how recommendations affect bottler and customer economics. The Product Manager will guide the evolution of the Global RGM suite into an intelligent decision platform using AI agents, enterprise data, analytics, and optimization models, while defining evaluation standards and appropriate human review for AI-generated recommendations. The position is global in scope, supporting operating units and bottlers across regions. The Product Manager will lead discovery, pilot design, launch, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement; embed repeatable RGM workflows and governance rules in the product; and establish product practices that can scale across markets. The role is based in Atlanta, United States, requires travel of 0%–25%, and involves working across time zones, including early and late calls and availability outside standard business hours. The company does not offer employment visa sponsorship; applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

  • Partner with UX on the end-to-end user experience, launch communications, and demonstrations.
  • Build business cases for significant capability requests by sizing commercial opportunity, weighing effort and alternatives, and recommending what to build.
  • Lead releases through launch and adoption, including capability building and short playbooks that help users understand analytics and recommendations.
  • Track product adoption by market, report usage data, identify where adoption stalls, and feed findings into the backlog.
