RGM Product Manager

The Coca-Cola Company•Atlanta, GA
•$202,000 - $229,000

About The Position

The Product Manager, RGM will own the product direction for how AI is used across The Coca-Cola Company’s Global Revenue Growth Management product. The role determines which commercial decisions AI agents should support, for whom, in what sequence, and how outcomes are measured across commercial impact, adoption, and responsible delivery. The Product Manager works in a persistent cross-functional team with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and RGM experts, owning the product rationale and value while Engineering owns implementation. The position starts with market discovery: working with RGM teams at operating units and bottlers to understand pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, identify breakdowns in current practices, and assess where AI can credibly improve results. The Product Manager turns those findings into problem statements, requirements, and an 18-month AI product roadmap, then stays involved across discovery, pilot design, launch, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on AI product role requiring technical judgment across generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocol, agent patterns, and evaluation, as well as fluency in RGM outputs such as elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math. The role defines and prioritizes the backlog, specifies agent behavior and quality standards, evaluates shipped functionality, builds governance and responsible AI guardrails into the product, and leads market rollout and adoption. The global product serves operating units and bottlers across markets and contributes to establishing the operating model for agentic RGM at scale. The role supports operating units and bottlers in every region, requiring work across time zones, including early and late calls, availability outside standard business hours, and travel to markets. The position is based in the United States, with Atlanta listed as a city. The company does not offer employment-status sponsorship; applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to continue working legally.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including taking AI/ML, GenAI, data, or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI, AI/ML product development, RAG, MCP, agent patterns and skills, agent-to-agent interactions, data readiness, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, governance, responsible AI, quality controls, and safety guardrails.
  • Experience writing requirements for non-deterministic systems, defining evaluation sets and quality thresholds, specifying agent behavior and escalation, and monitoring AI quality after launch.
  • Ability to set long-term product direction, create a coherent 18-month roadmap, make tradeoffs across competing priorities, and defend prioritization decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of RGM levers, including headline pricing, price-pack architecture, trade promotion optimization, assortment, mix, and trade terms, and how bottlers go to market.
  • Ability to interpret elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math and explain both their limitations and conclusions.
  • Proven ability to partner with Commercial and Strategy leaders so product strategy informs go-to-market and market, customer, and commercial needs shape product direction.
  • Deep experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture on product requirements and technical options, making decisions based on risk, tradeoffs, scalability, and long-term platform fit.
  • Experience aligning stakeholders and adjacent product teams in a matrixed, franchise environment, coordinating dependencies, clarifying ownership, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Strong product judgment supported by product analytics, user research, customer feedback, and experimentation, including pilot design with control groups and incrementality measurement.
  • Ability to map workflows end to end and design reusable product patterns and governance mechanisms that support faster, more consistent, trustworthy AI development.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including concise one-pagers and the ability to translate complex product, technical, and commercial topics into recommendations, risks, and decisions for audiences from analysts to executives.
  • Ability to translate AI trends, competitive developments, and emerging capabilities into a differentiated Global RGM strategy.
  • Practical daily use of LLM-based and agentic tools, understanding of their failure modes, and sufficient SQL skills to pull and check data.
  • Ability to work across time zones, including early and late calls, be available outside standard business hours, and travel to markets.
  • Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States and not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or technical postgraduate degree.
  • Experience with B2B or enterprise platform products serving multiple product teams, business users, or customer groups.
  • RGM, pricing, or commercial experience at a CPG company, bottler, or retailer, or revenue management engagement experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Direct experience in Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, or another technical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Set the AI product vision for the Global RGM product, anchored in commercial value, responsible delivery, and long-term platform leverage.
  • Own and present an 18-month AI product roadmap, sequencing agent, model, and data capabilities by commercial value.
  • Conduct continuous discovery with RGM managers and other users to understand end-to-end commercial decisions and identify opportunities for AI.
  • Translate discovery into problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for agent behavior, data and tool access, and escalation or refusal conditions.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog against commercial value, and explain prioritization decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Define product, AI quality, adoption, and commercial impact measures for releases, and provide business sign-off on shipped functionality.
  • Establish evaluation sets and quality thresholds for agent outputs and model recommendations, combining deterministic checks and evaluation of non-deterministic outputs.
  • Design product-enforced RGM rules of engagement and responsible AI guardrails, including price, discount, promotion, price-gap, and price-index thresholds.
  • Embed agents throughout the closed-loop RGM workflow, from insight generation and opportunity sizing through strategy, guardrails, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Identify reusable agent skills, retrieval patterns, MCP tool integrations, and evaluation methods that support scaling across markets.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture to evaluate model, retrieval, orchestration, and build-versus-buy options against risk, cost, scalability, and platform fit.
  • Partner with Commercial, RGM, and Strategy teams to shape go-to-market plans and align product strategy with market needs and commercial goals.
  • Coordinate with adjacent product teams to align roadmaps, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities, CPG and RGM innovation, competitive moves, and vendor offerings, translating relevant developments into product strategy.
  • Build business cases for significant capability requests and make tradeoffs involving user needs, commercial value, technical readiness, risk, cost, and reuse potential.
  • Lead release planning, test-and-learn pilots, hypothesis framing, control groups, incrementality measurement, and market adoption tracking; feed learning back into the backlog.
  • Partner with UX on launch communications and demonstrations, and communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to executives, market leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Share standards, templates, and lessons to improve AI product practices across teams, leading through influence.
