About The Position

The Product Owner, RGM & Sales Digital Transformation, shapes and delivers Kraft Heinz’s RGM technology strategy and digital roadmap. The role owns the Assortment and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) product domain and connects it with Pricing, Promotion, consumption and demand intelligence, and the broader Integrated RGM ecosystem. It translates business priorities into scalable digital products, data capabilities, and AI-enabled decision support intended to drive sustainable category growth. Working across business and technology, the role enables a four-layer analytics strategy: a governed enterprise data foundation; specialized intelligence and agents; an Integrated RGM Orchestrator that evaluates trade-offs across RGM levers; and an always-on KHAI (Kraft Heinz Artificial Intelligence) experience supporting persona-specific missions and enterprise decisions. The Product Owner defines product vision and roadmap, manages dependencies and strategic partnerships, ensures requirements and delivery quality, and is accountable for adoption, business value, and measurable category-growth outcomes.
