About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join a growing digital team focused on delivering customer-facing experiences. This highly visible role is suited to a product professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business priorities. The role offers exposure across digital initiatives and the opportunity to influence product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.

The Digital Product Owner partners with technology, design, content, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that support customer and organizational needs. Working in an Agile environment, the role contributes to product roadmaps, user journeys, user flows, and the ongoing enhancement and modernization of digital platforms. The position is a hybrid contract role based in Atlanta, Georgia. The stated pay range is $50.00–$60.00 per hour; individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and geographic location.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams in sprint-based environments.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, user flows, and customer journey documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, websites, or online platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with digital content management, website enhancements, or internationalization initiatives.
• Additional project planning or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document business and product requirements for digital initiatives.
• Partner with technology, design, content, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer and organizational needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and standups.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, user journeys, and user flows to support strategic product goals.
• Help manage and enhance existing digital platforms while supporting ongoing optimization and modernization efforts.
• Prioritize competing business needs and adapt as new initiatives and opportunities emerge.
• Ensure product features and enhancements align with customer experience objectives and business outcomes.
