About The Position

Magnific is hiring a RevOps Systems Administrator to own Gainsight administration for Customer Success and provide backup Salesforce administration for Sales. The role is part of Revenue Operations & Enablement and reports to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement. The administrator will take over Gainsight from the implementation partner, support Customer Success users, and maintain alignment between Salesforce and Gainsight as shared customer-record systems. The position includes administering Gainsight users, permissions, connectors, data jobs, rules, health scores, CTAs, Cockpit, success plans, Journey Orchestrator, reports, dashboards, and access. The administrator will triage Customer Success requests, resolve issues or escalate them to Gainsight support, administer the Salesforce–Gainsight data layer, and provide configuration-level backup administration for Salesforce Sales Cloud. They will manage the RevOps request queue, document platform configuration and changes, and support other revenue tools as assigned. Success is measured by Customer Success operating in Gainsight without the implementation partner, timely triage and resolution of requests, reliable synchronization between Salesforce and Gainsight, regular Gainsight usage by CSMs, and current documentation. The role is remote within the United States and uses English as its working language.
