About The Position

Threekit is hiring a RevOps Manager to own the systems, data, and automation supporting its go-to-market teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. The role administers Salesforce and HubSpot, manages their integrations, and oversees the wider GTM technology stack. The successful candidate will identify and solve operational problems quickly, use AI and automation to reduce manual work, maintain trustworthy data, build useful reporting, support deal execution, manage technology spending, and enable the team to work more effectively. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Threekit’s Chicago office. The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing. Threekit describes its working style as action-oriented, adaptable, system-agnostic, and focused on outcomes rather than process for its own sake. Threekit describes itself as the Channel Sales Platform for Complex Products, providing a configure-to-quote workflow that helps manufacturers make complex products easier to buy and sell through systems they already trust. Its stated values are Getting things done, Revenue, Innovation, and Team (GRIT).
