About The Position

Threekit is hiring a RevOps Manager to own the systems, data, and automation supporting its go-to-market teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. The role focuses on solving operational problems end to end, improving workflows quickly, and using AI and automation to reduce manual work. The successful candidate will administer Salesforce and HubSpot, manage the broader GTM technology stack, ensure data quality, build useful reporting, support deal execution, and oversee vendors, contracts, technology spending, and ROI. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Threekit's Chicago office. The role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, works independently, and prioritizes measurable outcomes over process for its own sake. The manager will prototype and test solutions, scale or discontinue them based on results, and help colleagues work more effectively with GTM tools and AI. The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing. Threekit describes itself as the Channel Sales Platform for Complex Products, offering a configure-to-quote workflow that helps manufacturers make complex products easier to buy and sell through systems customers already trust. Its stated values are GRIT: Getting things done, Revenue, Innovation, and Team. The stated compensation range is $100,000–$120,000. The recruitment process includes an initial Cognitive Assessment, discussions with key stakeholders, and an exercise presentation. Threekit uses AI-powered tools for certain recruiting administration and candidate identification, while qualified recruiting professionals review AI-generated outputs and humans make all hiring decisions.
