About The Position

Improvado is hiring a RevOps Manager to own how revenue operations run and are measured. The role covers Salesforce and the go-to-market technology stack, the process from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports used by leadership. The RevOps Manager will work closely with the analytics team, reviewing data models, identifying issues, and specifying changes, and will use AI agents in daily work to increase execution capacity. The role is the primary RevOps contact for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product. It combines hands-on Salesforce administration, contract-to-cash operations, revenue analytics, process improvement, and AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, including hands-on administration of a live Salesforce org.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with a modeled data warehouse, including layers, lineage, and one definition per metric.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, forecasting, ARR, churn, and renewals.
  • Experience managing revenue operations involving contracts, invoicing, and collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience building with AI agents and having shipped something that others use.
  • Fluent English and ability to provide clear written updates without prompting.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool.
  • Salesforce development experience, including Apex, triggers, or APIs.
  • Experience with Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with billing, CPQ, or accounting systems.
  • Experience with a HubSpot-to-Salesforce migration.
  • Experience with attribution or Customer Success health-score data.
  • Background in a martech or analytics company.
  • dbt experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce configuration, release processes, user access, and integrations with tools such as Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, and lead routing.
  • Maintain clean CRM data through guardrails, manage licenses and vendor renewals, maintain Salesforce documentation and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires.
  • Own ARR and bookings logic for new business, upsells, downsells, churn, and renewals, ensuring agreements, opportunities, and invoices are consistent.
  • Run closed-deal and billing checks with Finance, correct errors at their source, and implement controls to prevent recurrence.
  • Audit invoices, track and follow up on unpaid invoices, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
  • Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast, and pipeline coverage, including Customer Success renewal inputs.
  • Track funnel conversion, explain deal movement and slippage, and maintain accurate attribution with Marketing.
  • Query ClickHouse daily, trace metrics to their sources, write specifications for data-model changes, document metric definitions, and add data-quality checks.
  • Build leadership dashboards, retire unused dashboards, and conclude analyses with a recommendation, a number, and an owner.
  • Use coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex for queries, scripts, and Salesforce automation, and verify their output.
  • Automate manual processes such as invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, and call analysis; measure hours saved and errors avoided.
  • Serve as the single RevOps contact for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product, turning requests into tasks with an owner, date, and success metric.

  • Remote-first environment.
  • 20 working days of PTO per year.
  • US holidays and additional days off.
  • Professional development reimbursement.
