Mesh
•$160,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Mesh is hiring a builder to develop the systems connecting its products to its financial books and produce the revenue metrics used to manage the business. Working with Sales, Product, and Engineering, this role designs and ships integrations, billing logic, and reconciliation tools for deposit, on/off-ramp, OTC, and card products. The role owns revenue operations end to end, including Salesforce, revenue reporting, and commission administration, with most time focused on building and shipping systems rather than manually producing reports. The position owns finance and revenue systems architecture, partner billing and settlement processes, reconciliation and alerting systems, Salesforce administration, payments metrics, sales commission administration, and automation of recurring non-payroll close work. It also builds AI-assisted workflows for accounts payable, payment matching, and collections. Mesh describes a remote-friendly, hybrid approach, with employees at its San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs expected to work in-office at least 40% of the time; requirements may vary by role, team, and business needs.

  • Payments experience is required.

  • Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and taking them through to production.

  • Experience with payment reconciliation at scale.
  • Experience with on-chain and stablecoin data.
  • Experience with commission tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own finance and revenue systems architecture and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs, and the data warehouse.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to build a billing engine for ramps and payments, including partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits, and monthly partner settlements.
  • Build reconciliation and alerting systems with Engineering and Product to match platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity, and the ledger.
  • Create alerts for subsidy balances, float levels, uncredited deposits, refunds, and failed settlements that support Treasury and Accounting.
  • Own Salesforce data standards, account ownership, HubSpot synchronization, pipeline reporting, deal approval workflows, and pricing guardrails.
  • Produce payments metrics and an account health view showing which customers are ramping or slowing and why.
  • Administer sales commissions by calculating payouts from Salesforce and billing data in a system.
  • Automate recurring non-payroll close work, including expense allocations, cost-of-revenue reclasses, and transaction coding.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for accounts payable intake, coding, payment matching, and collections.
  • Produce metrics including total payment volume by product and account, take rate versus contract, and usage against minimum commitments.
  • Produce gross and net revenue, volume retention, logo churn, and silent churn metrics.
  • Produce metrics on new logos, time to go-live and first transaction, ramp to committed volume, pipeline coverage, and win rate.
  • Produce transaction success, stuck or failed transaction, refund, and settlement-time metrics.
