About The Position

Rodizio Grill is seeking an owner of corporate event sales to build and lead a player/coach role with revenue-operations skills. Event sales are growing 20% year-over-year, primarily driven by inbound and repeat business. This role is crucial for standardizing processes, documenting best practices, and ensuring consistent quality across all locations. The opportunity involves taking a successful inbound sales model, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboards, and standards, establishing an outbound sales strategy, and managing the entire event sales process from initial inquiry to execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a high-velocity sales role.
  • Proven track record of building SOPs and playbooks from scratch.
  • Experience working in-depth with a CRM at the administrator level.
  • Proficiency with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Comfortable directing outsourced or offshore execution.
  • Comfortable functioning as a player-coach.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cold-email and outbound deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warmup, sequencing tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead).
  • Experience with sales-engagement and dialer tools.
  • Experience with no-code automation (Zapier or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience leading or coaching a team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or multi-unit restaurants.
  • Familiarity with Tripleseat.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale corporate event sales across Rodizio Grill's locations.
  • Build the operating system, including the tech stack, SOPs, reporting, and standards, to ensure business growth without errors.
  • Establish a resourced outbound sales motion to complement the existing inbound strategy.
  • Hold the team accountable to clear, measured performance standards.
  • Design and document the full inquiry-to-booked-and-executed workflow as repeatable SOPs for both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Standardize templates, cadences, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene across all locations.
  • Own and administer the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM, Tripleseat, Apollo.io, a unified call/text tool, and AI solutions.
  • Configure pipelines, lead routing, custom properties, workflow automations, and integrations within the tech stack.
  • Build inbound response standards to ensure prompt and efficient handling of all inquiries.
  • Develop and implement a cold outbound sales strategy, including managing deliverability, defining ideal customer profiles, and creating multi-touch sequences.
  • Build dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators such as speed-to-lead, inquiry-to-booked conversion, revenue by event type, and pipeline health.
  • Lead and train approximately ten local event-sales managers and 1-2 offshore employees.
