About The Position

Hologram is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and improve the systems and processes that support revenue operations, including Salesforce, a bespoke CPQ, contract and billing integrations, and reporting used by Sales, Finance, and company leadership. The role aims to help sales representatives quote and close faster, improve the quality of financial data, and give leaders timely visibility into pipeline, bookings, and renewals. The Revenue Operations Manager reports to the Director of Finance, partners daily with Sales and Marketing leadership, and runs RevOps as a function of one with engineering support. The manager sets the RevOps roadmap and determines what to build, automate, or sunset, using AI agents and automation as core tools. The position owns Salesforce administration, the broader go-to-market tool stack, cross-system integrations and revenue data accuracy, lead routing, deal desk operations, quote-to-renewal processes, commissions, and sales reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a B2B company.
  • Experience owning Salesforce administration end-to-end, from data model through release management.
  • Experience designing and building an end-to-end cross-functional GTM process, including its automation.
  • Hands-on experience integrating CRM with billing and finance systems and owning data accuracy across them.
  • Experience building self-serve reporting used day-to-day by a sales organization.
  • Experience running deal desk operations for a sales team, including discount enforcement, order form validation, and approvals.
  • Experience administering commissions, from monthly cycles through annual plan changes.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI models and agents that perform operational work, with sound judgment about their limitations; candidates should be able to show what they built.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience building processes rather than inheriting them.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Sigma or another BI tool.
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier or similar orchestration tooling.
  • Experience standing up a CPQ or quoting tool.
  • Experience in IoT connectivity, telecom, or another usage-based business.

Responsibilities

  • Set the RevOps roadmap for Sales and Finance leadership, including proposals to build, automate, or sunset systems and processes, with a business case for each.
  • Own Salesforce administration, including the data model, releases, validation rules, and automated data-quality checks.
  • Own the go-to-market tool stack beyond Salesforce, including integrations.
  • Own integrations and automated data feeds between Salesforce, billing, and finance systems, ensuring revenue data accuracy across systems.
  • Design and maintain lead routing and the BDR-to-AE hand-off, including assignment logic, service-level agreements, and rules of engagement.
  • Run the deal desk by validating order forms, enforcing discount and approval rules, routing approvals through Finance sign-off, and advising representatives on non-standard deals.
  • Build and automate the process from quote to contract to onboarding to renewal, including new-customer billing setup.
  • Build renewals automation that surfaces the appropriate accounts at the appropriate time.
  • Own monthly and annual commissions cycles, including calculations, attainment reconciliation, Salesforce uploads, payout logic, quota models, accelerators, and plan documentation with Sales and Finance.
  • Build self-serve dashboards for the sales organization’s day-to-day use.
  • Build deal analytics to inform leadership decisions on pricing, discounting, and deal processes.

Benefits

  • Equity at hire, with transparent salary and equity formulas across the team.
  • Flexible health coverage of up to 100% for employees and 95% for dependents.
  • Unlimited PTO with two weeks mandatory.
  • Monthly mental health days.
  • Fourteen weeks of paid parental leave.
  • $1,000 hiring bonus.
  • $250 per month WFH stipend, taxable, for home office, productivity, professional development, or coworking expenses.
  • Life and disability insurance fully covered.
  • 401(k) plan with no match.
  • Access to a Professional Development Fund after one year.
