About The Position

Birdeye is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, workflows, and data that support its go-to-market engine in an AI-first environment. The position is intended for someone with ideally 5–7 years of relevant experience and requires being based in the United States and working core U.S. business hours.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related go-to-market systems and analytics role; B2B SaaS experience is ideal.
  • Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce and large language models.
  • Experience building or maintaining automations with Zapier or similar middleware or iPaaS platforms.
  • Practical, everyday use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to build workflows, analyze data, or automate operational tasks.
  • Moderate understanding of the B2B sales funnel, including lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, forecasting methodology, and quota and attainment metrics.
  • Comfort with SQL or spreadsheet-level data analysis to validate data quality and build reporting.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently scope, build, and deliver operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical systems work to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Based in the United States and able to work core U.S. business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong Engage, and revenue intelligence tools such as Gong Forecasting, Clari, or Salesforce Revenue Intelligence.
  • Exposure to basic scripting or query languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript for custom integrations or automations.
  • Experience with lead routing or matching tools such as LeanData or RingLead.
  • Prior experience in a GTM Engineer role or hybrid RevOps and technical role.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and intent tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the core revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Demandbase, to maintain data integrity, process consistency, and scalability across go-to-market teams.
  • Design and build automated workflows with tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or Workato to eliminate manual sales pipeline processes.
  • Use AI tools, including Slack and Claude, to build agents such as lead and account scoring models and next-best-action workflows that improve pipeline growth, quality, and representative productivity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, funnel conversion, and quota attainment in support of weekly forecast calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, including routing rules, service-level agreements, lead scoring, and handoffs between Marketing, SDR, and Account Executive teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify repetitive manual processes and re-platform them as automated, AI-assisted systems.
  • Continuously audit and improve agent performance, data hygiene, deduplication, and governance across the CRM and related go-to-market tools.
  • Document standard operating procedures, playbooks, and system and process architecture for the revenue technology stack.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new AI and automation tools for the go-to-market team.
