About The Position

Widewail is a B2B SaaS company that helps automotive dealerships use customer feedback to support growth through reputation management and customer intelligence. The Revenue Operations Manager is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for building and optimizing the systems, data, and processes that power revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. The role is the primary owner of HubSpot and is responsible for dependable revenue reporting, operational efficiency, and scalable processes that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. It combines technical expertise and commercial judgment to simplify complexity, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate data into business outcomes. The position is full-time, exempt, and remote within the United States, with hiring limited to the states listed in the posting. It reports to the VP of Marketing, has no direct reports, and requires minimal travel. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 annually.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with Customer Success leaders on retention and upsell, with clear, quantified impact on MRR, GRR, and NRR.
  • Track record of leading cross-team change without direct authority and securing adoption of new processes and shared definitions.
  • Ability to use AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, data analysis, reporting, and workflow execution, with sound judgment regarding data security, accuracy, and business value.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and align Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on shared definitions.

  • Optimize the sales-to-Customer Success handoff and renewal and expansion workflows in HubSpot.
  • Own MRR, GRR, and NRR reporting, including movement by cause such as new business, expansion, contraction, and churn.
  • Administer HubSpot across all hubs, including user permissions and integrations with product, GTM, and Finance systems.
  • Partner with Finance to configure quoting, products and pricing, contracts, billing, and payments in Revenue Hub.
  • Own data governance, including field definitions, deduplication, account hierarchies, and a single source of truth for accounts, contacts, deals, and revenue.
  • Evaluate, implement, and rationalize GTM tools and vendors.
  • Maintain a RevOps roadmap and manage intake and prioritization for system, workflow, and reporting requests, avoiding complexity without clear business value.
