Revenue Operations Manager

Kafene
•$130,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Kafene is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the programs used to grow, retain, and improve the performance of its merchant base, including merchant treatments, experiments, promotions, and sales incentives. The manager runs programs end to end, from intake and setup through launch, tracking, and results, turning decisions from Revenue, Risk, and leadership into programs that launch on time, operate cleanly in company systems, and produce measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-first role with ownership and no direct reports. The manager works alongside another Revenue Operations Manager and Revenue Operations specialists, partnering daily with Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Merchant Risk, Product, Analytics, Finance, and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related operations role.
  • Hands-on experience executing promotions, pricing changes, or A/B experiments in a B2B or fintech environment, ideally alongside an analytics team.
  • Advanced HubSpot skills across tickets, pipelines, workflows, properties, and reporting.
  • Working proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Sound judgment on edge cases outside standard processes, with confidence to make decisions or escalate them.
  • Clear, proactive communication with sales leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to organize and run multiple programs in parallel without losing detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lease-to-own, point-of-sale, or payments.
  • Familiarity with merchant risk concepts such as approval rates and merchant scoring.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Sigma or another BI tool.
  • Background in RevOps or sales operations at a B2B fintech, payments, or POS company; merchant or partner operations at a marketplace or embedded finance platform; or promotions or incentive operations in a high-volume B2B sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operation of the Retention Machine and execute RevOps-owned treatments flagged in Merchant Health Reviews, taking them from intake to completion in HubSpot and Jira with clear ownership and on-time turnaround.
  • Partner with Analytics and Product to define success metrics, sample sizes, and measurement windows for merchant experiments, then turn readouts into recommendations for sales and leadership.
  • Plan and execute merchant promotions, including eligibility, terms, system configuration, launch, and measurement; maintain a single source of truth for active, upcoming, and past promotions.
  • Administer merchant incentive programs, including spiffs and rebates, managing eligibility tracking, payout calculations, approvals, and audit-ready documentation in partnership with Finance and sales leadership.
  • Create repeatable processes, SOPs, and dashboards to show program status, turnaround, and impact.
  • Partner with Product and Risk to automate manual workflows so programs can scale without added headcount.
  • Serve as the go-to RevOps contact for Account Management and sales leadership, communicating proactively about launches, changes, and results.

Benefits

  • Company covers 80% of medical, dental, and vision insurance costs, including coverage for spouse, children, and other dependents.
  • 401(k) plan available from day one.
  • Flexible paid time off starting from the first day of employment.
