The Revenue Operations Manager reports to the Head of Finance, partners closely with GTM leadership, and serves as the day-to-day point person for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Support. This is an in-person position five days a week at Posh’s SoHo, New York City office.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
  • At least 2 years as the primary CRM administrator or architect in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including objects, workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with surrounding GTM tools for enrichment, sequencing, routing, customer success, and forecasting.
  • Experience building and running GTM enablement, including onboarding, ramp programs, process training, and driving tool adoption.
  • Experience administering commissions and quotas, with a working understanding of compensation plan mechanics, accelerators, clawbacks, and SPIFs.
  • Ability to build quota, capacity, and territory models in spreadsheets and support planning cycles with clean, defensible numbers.
  • Strong data and reporting skills, including SQL or equivalent, dashboard building, and turning messy CRM data into clear operating decisions.
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward shipping, documenting, and iterating.
  • Comfort managing a small team and working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Data, and GTM leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a high-growth marketplace, fintech, or consumer technology company.
  • Experience implementing or migrating a CRM, Customer Success, or commissions platform.
  • Experience with lightweight GTM engineering, such as scripting, APIs, Zapier/Clay-style automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience scaling GTM operations through Series B to Series D.
  • Experience building RevOps processes from an earlier stage of maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and architect the CRM and related GTM tools, including prospecting, enrichment, routing, sequencing, customer success, forecasting, reporting, and AI tools; manage integrations, automation, permissions, field design, and the tool roadmap.
  • Audit systems and maintain accurate, decision-ready CRM data through data standards, lifecycle definitions, deduplication, hygiene, and quality monitoring.
  • Own onboarding and ramp for new GTM hires, ongoing process and tooling training, playbooks and collateral, and adoption tracking.
  • Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, forecast, activity, and post-sale reporting, including NRR, churn, renewals, and adoption; enable self-serve reporting where possible.
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions; maintain compensation plan documentation; manage rep disputes, exceptions, and SPIF tracking; and partner with Finance on accuracy, accruals, payout timing, and plan changes.
  • Build and maintain quota allocations, territory and book-of-business assignments, ramp assumptions, and capacity models as headcount, segments, and targets change.
  • Support annual and quarterly GTM planning with data, models, and tooling for headcount, quotas, coverage, and pipeline targets; translate approved plans into CRM configuration, quotas, and reporting.
  • Own channel attribution and conversion tracking across organizer acquisition paths, ensuring leads and deals have the correct source and owner, maintaining a shared GMV attribution model, and tracking channel conversion from first touch to first event live.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Data, and GTM leadership; manage a small team.
