About The Position

The Revenue Operations Lead is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor who serves as a strategic partner to the RevOps Senior Director and leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role focuses on identifying the most important commercial issues, uncovering root causes in performance data, and turning insights into programs that improve go-to-market (GTM) performance. It owns the GTM forecast and operating cadence and leads analysis supporting major commercial decisions. The position is not a CRM administration role, an order-taking function, or solely a reporting role. The successful candidate will understand GTM systems and design effective processes within them, while bringing independent judgment and a clear point of view to leaders. The position is remote in the United States, with Texas specified.
