About The Position

OfficeRnD is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to serve as a strategic partner to the RevOps Senior Director and leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor position with broad scope and direct access to senior leadership. The role focuses on interpreting business performance, identifying root causes and opportunities, and translating analysis into programs that improve go-to-market performance. It owns the GTM forecast and operating cadence and leads analysis supporting major commercial decisions. The position is not a CRM administration role, an order-taking function, or solely a reporting role. The successful candidate will understand GTM systems and design effective processes within them, while bringing independent judgment and a clear point of view on what matters. The role is remote within the United States, limited to Eastern or Central time zones. OfficeRnD describes itself as a global team of more than 140 people whose software operates in over 3,500 spaces across more than 100 countries. The company offers flexibility, additional paid days off, a paid day off for birthdays, and additional parental benefits; specific perks vary by location.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with SaaS business models.
  • Fluency in GTM SaaS metrics and understanding of how the underlying mechanics work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
  • Comfort working amid ambiguity and quickly distinguishing critical issues from lower-priority work or work that should not be pursued.
  • Curiosity, drive, energy for solving difficult problems, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to adapt previously successful playbooks to the needs of the current organization and explain why they are likely to work.
  • Fluency with AI tools for building decks, forecast artifacts, and ad hoc analysis, along with sound judgment about when not to trust AI output.

Nice To Haves

  • Vertical SaaS experience, preferably at a PE-backed company at a similar stage ($10M–$50M).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to establish and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews.
  • Identify underlying problems early, determine root causes, scope solutions, and proactively surface opportunities for leaders.
  • Own GTM projects from discovery through completion, prioritizing them based on findings with leadership.
  • Represent RevOps in cross-functional initiatives beyond GTM, such as product launches.
  • Build, maintain, and publish the GTM forecast, including Sales and Customer Success forecasts.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence reports for each functional team.
  • Analyze positive and negative trends and communicate a clear point of view to the executive team and board.
  • Lead research and deep analysis for major initiatives, including market sizing and pricing and packaging work.
  • Evaluate new verticals and monetization opportunities and conduct ad hoc analysis for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Partner with Finance on GTM revenue planning, including quota setting and territory and segmentation design.
  • Understand GTM systems and design effective processes within them without owning CRM administration.

Benefits

  • Additional paid days off.
  • A bonus paid day off for the employee's birthday.
  • Additional parental benefits.
  • Remote-friendly work arrangements.
