About The Position

Botrista is hiring a hands-on Revenue Enablement Specialist to design and deliver practical onboarding and ongoing training for Sales and Account Management. The role helps employees ramp faster, strengthen customer-facing skills, and consistently perform the behaviors that drive new sales and growth of existing accounts. It is an individual-contributor position with ownership of training design and delivery. The specialist will rebuild and deliver structured, role-specific onboarding and establish ongoing education for current employees. The work includes live practice, field observation, coaching, and readiness certification, as well as translating changes to products, menus, pricing, tools, and commercial processes into usable field training. The specialist will own and continuously improve the curriculum, training materials, education calendar, and enablement knowledge base, working with Sales and Account Management leaders on playbooks and with Revenue Operations to measure proficiency, ramp time, adoption, and productivity improvements. The role aims to prepare new hires for independent selling within 30 days and full productivity within 90 days, while recognizing that territory and pipeline conditions also affect results. Functional managers remain accountable for individual employee performance. The position is remote within the US Midwest or US Eastern Region and includes travel into the field to observe customer interactions and coach employees.
