About The Position

Botrista is hiring a hands-on, individual-contributor Revenue Enablement Specialist to design and deliver practical onboarding and ongoing training for Sales and Account Management. The role owns training design and delivery to help employees ramp faster, improve customer-facing skills, and consistently execute behaviors that generate new sales and grow existing accounts. The specialist will audit and overhaul existing onboarding materials; create and deliver structured, role-specific onboarding with live practice, field observation, and readiness certification; and establish ongoing education for existing employees. They will observe customer interactions in the field, coach practical skills, and identify development opportunities. In partnership with Sales and Account Management managers, the specialist will address skill gaps and provide coaching resources, while functional managers retain accountability for individual performance. The role owns and continuously improves the training curriculum, onboarding materials, continuing education calendar, and enablement knowledge base, and collaborates with functional leaders on Sales and Account Management playbooks. It translates new menus, products, pricing, tools, and commercial processes into usable field training. Working with RevOps, the specialist measures proficiency, ramp time, adoption, and relevant productivity improvements. The stated targets are readiness for independent selling within 30 days and full productivity within 90 days, with the recognition that territory and pipeline conditions also affect outcomes.
