Revenue Enablement Manager

JustPark•Dallas, TX

About The Position

JustPark is hiring its first dedicated enablement professional in its US commercial organization. The Revenue Enablement Manager will own onboarding for US commercial roles—including BDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, Associate Account Managers, and the North American Marketing team—and build ongoing training and product education. The role partners with team leads to create consistent role-specific ramp plans, certifications, training, and resources across a product portfolio spanning event-day venue operations and everyday parking. The position designs the coaching system used by managers, including call-review standards, frameworks, scorecards, certification criteria, and coaching cadence. Managers remain responsible for coaching their own reps; the Revenue Enablement Manager coaches managers on using the system and works directly with reps for certification or manager-identified needs. The role also curates Gong calls into teaching materials, builds a self-service learning library, and reports enablement metrics using Salesforce and Gong. There is no enablement platform or LMS today, so the role will develop an initial approach with existing tools. The role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and has no direct reports. It is remote within the US, with regular travel to the Dallas–Fort Worth hub, including for in-person onboarding cohorts and manager coaching. The scope is broad, and the initial work sequence will be agreed with the VP.

Requirements

  • Be based in the US, have US work authorization, and be able to travel regularly to the Dallas–Fort Worth hub, including for onboarding cohorts.
  • Have 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales training at a B2B organization.
  • Have demonstrable experience designing and building an onboarding or ramp program, and be able to explain what it changed.
  • Be able to teach across different role types, adapting enablement to their distinct needs.
  • Have strong facilitation skills in person and over video, with judgment about the appropriate format for a session.
  • Be fluent in Salesforce and comfortable building reports in it.
  • Be able to work without an enablement platform and build an initial solution with available tools.
  • Be credible with sellers and able to earn their trust; quota-carrying experience is not required.
  • Be a clear writer who can produce documentation people will read.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience enabling post-sale teams as well as sales teams.
  • Experience enabling teams through a merger or product integration.
  • Exposure to events, hospitality, commercial real estate, municipal government, parking, or venue technology.

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for every US commercial role, developing role-specific ramp plans with team leads.

  • Build an ongoing training calendar covering discovery, objection handling, negotiation, multi-threading, renewal, and expansion.
  • Own product education across the JustPark and ParkHub product portfolio and deliver release enablement.
  • Work with Marketing to turn positioning and collateral into usable training for representatives, adapting existing materials where needed.
  • Build and maintain a self-service library of call recordings, frameworks, one-pagers, and certification materials.
  • Develop managers’ coaching system, including call-review standards, scorecards, frameworks, and cadence, and coach managers on using it.
  • Curate Gong calls into role- and scenario-specific teaching materials.
  • Define and report enablement metrics using Salesforce and Gong, including time to full productivity, certification completion and pass rates, attainment, and win rate.
  • Provide the VP of Revenue Operations with evidence-based assessments of commercial capability gaps, informed by calls and data.
