Revenue Enablement Manager

JustPark•Dallas, TX

About The Position

JustPark is hiring its first dedicated enablement professional in the US commercial organization. The Revenue Enablement Manager will build and own onboarding for US commercial roles—including BDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, Associate Account Managers, and the North American Marketing team—working in partnership with each team lead. The role will also develop ongoing training, product education, certification, manager coaching systems, and enablement measurement across the combined JustPark and ParkHub product portfolio. The position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and has no direct reports. Managers retain responsibility for coaching their own representatives; this role creates coaching frameworks, call-review standards, scorecards, certification criteria, and cadences, and coaches managers in using them. Direct work with individual representatives is limited to certification or specific gaps identified by a manager. The role is remote within the US and involves regular travel to the Dallas–Fort Worth hub, including for onboarding cohorts and manager coaching. The person hired will prioritize the work with the VP, build initial programs using existing tools because there is no enablement platform or LMS, and report measures such as time to full productivity, certification completion and pass rates, attainment, and win rate.

Requirements

  • Be based in the US, have authorization to work in the US, and be able to travel regularly to the Dallas–Fort Worth hub, including for onboarding cohorts.
  • Have 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales training at a B2B organization.
  • Demonstrable experience building an onboarding or ramp program, not only delivering one, and be prepared to explain what was designed and what it changed.
  • Be able to teach across different role types, adapting enablement to distinct needs such as BDR cold calling and Account Manager renewal conversations.
  • Have strong facilitation skills in person and over video, and the judgment to choose the appropriate format.
  • Be fluent in Salesforce and comfortable building reports in it.
  • Be comfortable with call-intelligence tools and using them to build coaching materials; Gong is preferred.
  • Be able to work without an enablement platform or LMS and build an initial solution with the tools available.
  • Be credible with sellers and able to earn their trust; quota-carrying experience is not required.
  • Have clear writing skills and be able to produce documentation people will read.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, collaborative approach with team leads, strong daily work ethic, and openness to feedback and coaching.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience enabling post-sale teams as well as sales teams.
  • Experience enabling teams through a merger or product integration.
  • Exposure to events, hospitality, commercial real estate, municipal government, parking, or venue technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for every US commercial role, building ramp plans with each role’s team lead.
  • Run onboarding cohorts in person in Dallas when possible and ensure the remote onboarding experience works effectively when in-person sessions are not possible.
  • Define and maintain role-specific pitch, product, and certification standards, and improve onboarding based on hires’ 30-, 60-, and 90-day outcomes.
  • Build an ongoing training calendar covering topics such as discovery, objection handling, negotiation, multi-threading, renewals, and expansion.
  • Own product education across the JustPark and ParkHub product portfolio and deliver release enablement so product changes become usable field knowledge.
  • Work with Marketing to turn positioning and collateral into practical training for representatives, adapting existing materials where needed.
  • Build and maintain a self-serve enablement library, including call recordings, frameworks, one-pagers, and certification materials.
  • Develop coaching frameworks, call-review standards, scorecards, and coaching cadence for managers, and coach managers on applying them.
  • Curate Gong calls into teaching materials organized by role and scenario.
  • Define and report enablement metrics in Salesforce and Gong, including time to full productivity, certification completion and pass rates, attainment, and win rate.
  • Assess commercial capability gaps using call observations and data, and present findings and recommendations to the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • By day 30, meet team leads, listen to calls across the four role families, speak with recent hires about onboarding, and provide a written capability-gap assessment and agreed build sequence.
  • By day 60, build, document, and run the first role’s onboarding with a new hire; define its certification bar; start the manager coaching cadence; and begin curating the Gong library.
  • By day 90, have onboarding live for priority roles with defined ramp and certification, publish the training calendar, establish consistent manager call reviews, and report productivity, certification, and attainment to the VP.
