About The Position

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring Revenue Cycle Innovation Operators to serve as the permanent operational voice within Orchestration Works. Operators act as subject matter experts in a specific revenue cycle domain while maintaining an understanding of the broader end-to-end revenue cycle. They work directly with product, engineering, and AI teammates to redesign workflows, identify root causes, build knowledge graphs, participate in design sessions, and validate automation and AI-driven models. The role is intended for operators who want to change how work is done, using domain judgment to challenge existing processes and make practical redesigns. Each Operator is hired into one of five revenue cycle domains; applicants should indicate their area of expertise. The Back End domain includes AR follow-up, denials, billing, and posting. The position is based with a dedicated team at the Orchestration Works office in Austin. Candidates must currently live in the Austin area or be willing to relocate; relocation assistance may be available to eligible candidates. The position is limited to individuals who reside and are authorized to work in the United States. Orchestration Works advances initiatives from intake to deployment-ready in 120 days or less through three decision gates. Teams are multi-disciplinary and startup-like, with hands-on responsibilities and rotating initiative pods. Solutions are tested by front-line Ensemble teammates on real workflows before they are finalized, and successful work uses Ensemble’s core codebase, CI/CD, and engineering standards. Ensemble describes its purpose through customer obsession, embracing new ideas, and striving for excellence. It offers a comprehensive benefits package intended to support associates’ physical, emotional, and financial health, investment in professional development, relevant professional certifications, tuition reimbursement, and quarterly and annual incentive programs. Ensemble is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
