About The Position

Revenue Cycle Innovation Operators are permanent operational members of Orchestration Works. They serve as subject matter experts in a specific revenue cycle domain while maintaining understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle. They redesign workflows, identify upstream root causes, build knowledge graphs, contribute to design sessions, and validate emerging automation and AI-driven models in partnership with product, engineering, and AI teammates. The role focuses on changing how revenue cycle work is done. Operators apply domain judgment to challenge existing processes and make workflow redesigns credible and practical. Each Operator is hired into one of five domains; the posting describes Back End, including AR follow-up, denials, billing, and posting. Orchestration Works moves initiatives from intake to deployment-ready within 120 days or less through three decision gates. The team is multi-disciplinary and startup-like, with hands-on, broad roles and pods that rotate across initiative cycles. Solutions are validated by front-line Ensemble teammates on real workflows before being finalized. The team works from Ensemble’s shared codebase and engineering standards. The dedicated team and active pod members work in person at the Orchestration Works office in Austin. Candidates must currently reside in the Austin area or be willing to relocate; relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
