About The Position

The Lead on the Run Squad is the primary day-to-day team oversight resource. The role oversees queue health, triage, workload distribution, service quality, coaching, coverage, escalation, and operational coordination. The team lead ensures reliable responses, prioritization based on impact, clear communication, complete documentation, and progress toward ticket resolution. The role also develops analysts and maintains strong partnerships across Revenue Cycle operations, Build, Epic, vendors, and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team operations and queue health.
• Triage work and distribute workload.
• Maintain service quality and coordinate coverage.
• Coach and develop analysts.
• Manage escalations and operational coordination.
• Ensure the team responds reliably, prioritizes based on impact, communicates clearly, documents work completely, and moves tickets toward resolution.
• Maintain partnerships across Revenue Cycle operations, Build, Epic, vendors, and IT leadership.
