About The Position
The Lead on the Run Squad is the primary day-to-day team oversight resource responsible for queue health, triage, workload distribution, service quality, coaching, coverage, escalation, and operational coordination. This role ensures the team responds reliably, prioritizes based on impact, communicates clearly, documents work completely, and moves tickets toward resolution while developing analysts and maintaining strong partnerships across Revenue Cycle operations, Build, Epic, vendors, and IT leadership.
