About The Position

The Remote Retention Representative works on EchoStar’s Inside Sales & Retention team, handling 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. The role uses a consultative approach to position EchoStar’s television, internet, and wireless products and services and influence customer purchasing decisions. There is no outbound calling or cold calling. The position is based remotely, but applicants must live in Florida, excluding Miami and Boca Raton.

Compensation includes a stated base pay of $34,000 and on-target earnings of $70,000, described as $16.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. High performers may earn $100,000 or more, and elite performers may earn $150,000 or more. The role is full-time, with hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Employment is contingent on completing a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Competitive spirit, determination, resilience, a persuasive personality, a growth mindset, and integrity.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must live in Florida, excluding Miami and Boca Raton.
• Complete a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
• Have a smartphone or device with an active network connection.
• Provide a home workspace with wired internet at 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, a USB keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and at least two monitors.
• Be available for full-time hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
