About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member for the overnight third shift. Team Members provide welcoming, personalized guest service and contribute to food and beverage service, store cleanliness, and efficient store operations. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member or prep cook, and barista. Training is provided for handcrafted beverages and other duties. The role involves greeting guests, building relationships, helping guests find products and place orders, resolving issues, and promoting food, drinks, and loyalty programs. Duties may also include operating a cash register, handling payments and change, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, preparing food according to brand standards, and supporting inventory and product rotation. The scheduled overnight shift is 10 PM–6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Able to stand for the entire shift.
Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide friendly and personalized service, and build lasting relationships.
Identify and resolve guest needs and issues, including helping guests find products, place orders, and enroll in loyalty programs.
Contribute to food service by preparing, selling, and helping guests find food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain a clean environment in guest areas, restrooms, kitchens, and around kitchen equipment.
Follow sanitation, health, safety, brand, and recipe standards.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and support marketing promotions.
Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using the store’s beverage equipment and selected coffee beans.
Remain cross-trained and perform functions across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
