About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and quality food and beverage experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role includes greeting guests, building relationships, helping guests find products and place orders, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning, preparing food and beverages, and supporting store promotions and loyalty programs. Team Members help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary environment and uphold brand and food-quality standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. The listed schedule is an overnight shift from 10 PM to 6 AM; weekend availability is preferred, and overtime availability is optional.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build lasting relationships by understanding and responding to guest needs.
• Perform tasks across multiple position types during a shift, as Team Members are cross-trained.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests find food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve guest issues and identify and communicate ways to improve how work is done.
• Maintain a clean environment throughout the store, including cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas and equipment.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and complete multiple tasks in response to store and guest needs.
• Participate in the Made to Order program, help guests use ordering kiosks, and connect guests with the kitchen.
• Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about offerings and promotions.
• Guide guests to products, place orders, and help enroll guests in loyalty programs.
• Follow brand standards, recipes, and sanitation, health, and safety standards in food preparation and service.
• Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
