About The Position

Retail Team Members at Twice Daily & White Bison deliver guest service and food experiences while working in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including guest service, cashiering, hosting, food preparation, kitchen upkeep, stocking, cleaning, and barista duties. They welcome guests, build relationships, help guests find products and place orders, support loyalty programs and promotions, and resolve guest and teammate needs. Food-related duties include preparing and selling food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, following recipes and brand standards, and supporting food quality, safety, product rotation, ordering, and inventory management. Training is provided for beverage preparation and other role responsibilities. The overnight third shift runs from 10 PM to 6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime availability is optional.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service that encourages them to return.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and understand and respond to their needs.
• Prepare, sell, and assist guests in finding food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve guest issues and identify and communicate better ways of doing things.
• Keep guest areas, restrooms, the kitchen, and kitchen equipment clean and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and complete store tasks and marketing promotions.
• Participate in the Made to Order program by connecting guests with the kitchen and helping guests use ordering kiosks.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
• Guide guests to products, assist with orders, and enroll guests in loyalty programs.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas and follow recipes and brand standards.
• Support kitchen and food operations, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using company-provided training and equipment.
• Work collaboratively across multiple position types during a shift.
