About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are seeking a Retail Team Member to provide a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced convenience retail and food service environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions from multiple roles during a shift, including guest service, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen upkeep, stocking, cleaning, hosting, and preparing handcrafted beverages. Training is provided for the roles and beverage preparation.

The position is identified as 3rd shift, from 10 PM to 6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The company emphasizes internal promotion, tailored training, and career development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, understand their needs, and provide friendly service.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food while maintaining food quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve guest and team member issues and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
• Keep guest areas, restrooms, the kitchen, and kitchen equipment clean and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, handle payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, complete multiple tasks, and support marketing promotions.
• Host guests, personalize their experience, support the Made to Order program, and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
• Help guests find products, use Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Follow recipes and brand standards, maintain sanitation and safety requirements, and support food inventory management, product rotation, and ordering.
• Learn to prepare handcrafted beverages using the store's beverage equipment.
