About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member for the overnight third shift, scheduled from 10 PM to 6 AM. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple position types during a shift, providing guest service and food experiences while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store. The role may include greeting and assisting guests, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms and other areas, promoting products, preparing and serving food, supporting Made to Order orders, and making handcrafted beverages. Team Members are expected to help resolve guest and team needs and uphold brand standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service, building relationships and responding to their needs.
• Perform duties across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
• Prepare, sell, and assist guests in finding food while maintaining food quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and other store areas; follow sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Follow brand standards and recipes to provide consistent food offerings.
• Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves, complete cleaning tasks, and support marketing promotions.
• Assist guests with products and orders, including using Made to Order kiosks and enrolling guests in loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the company’s coffee equipment and selected beans.
• Identify and resolve guest and teammate issues, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
