About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide guests with friendly service and a quality food and beverage experience. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across several roles during a shift, including guest service, cashiering, hosting, food preparation, kitchen work, and barista duties. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store; supporting food-service quality and efficiency; and resolving guest needs and issues. Training is provided, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and career development.

This is a third-shift position, working overnight from 10 PM to 6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred. Overtime availability is optional. The job requires standing throughout the shift and lifting and stocking inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to be coached.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build relationships by understanding and responding to their needs.
• Perform functions across multiple position types during a shift, as team members are cross-trained.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests find food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and service efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, equipment, and work areas, and follow health and safety standards.
• Follow brand standards and recipes to provide consistent food offerings; support kitchen operations, product rotation, ordering, and inventory management.
• Operate the cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support store tasks and marketing promotions.
• Host guests and support the Made to Order program, including helping guests place kiosk orders, find products, and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
• Create handcrafted beverages using the store’s beverage equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Identify and resolve guest and teammate needs, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
• Maintain a pristine environment and uphold the company’s Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier brand standards.
