About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide guests with welcoming service and a high-quality food and retail experience. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves guest service, food preparation and sales, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, stocking inventory, operating a cash register, and supporting store promotions and loyalty programs. Training is provided, with opportunities for internal promotion and career development. This position works the overnight third shift, 10 PM to 6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The job requires standing throughout the shift and lifting and stocking inventory weighing up to 50 pounds. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide friendly service, build relationships, and respond to their needs.
Perform multiple types of team-member duties as assigned during a shift.
Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, equipment, restrooms, and other work areas; uphold brand, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Operate the cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and inventory and assist with marketing promotions.
Support the Made to Order program by helping connect guests with the kitchen, placing orders through kiosks, and guiding guests to products and loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about offerings and promotions.
Follow recipes and brand standards and support kitchen responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Identify and resolve guest and teammate issues and communicate ideas for better ways of working.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using store equipment and selected coffee beans.
