Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and a high-quality food and retail experience. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves welcoming guests, learning and responding to their needs, resolving issues, preparing and selling food and beverages, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning, and promoting products and loyalty programs. Team Members help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas and follow brand standards for food quality and service. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. The position is based on a 1st-shift schedule of 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clear communication skills.
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Team-first attitude and coachability.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service that encourages them to return.
- Build relationships with guests and understand and respond to their needs.
- Prepare, sell, and assist guests in finding food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Resolve guest and teammate issues and communicate effective solutions or improvements.
- Keep guest areas, kitchens, equipment, and restrooms clean and uphold brand standards.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves and inventory, rotate products, and assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Participate in the Made to Order program, guide guests through products and kiosk orders, and promote loyalty programs and current offerings.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages using company-provided training and equipment.
- Provide food and drink samples and educate guests about offerings and promotions.
