About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including guest service, cashiering, food service and preparation, cleaning, stocking, hosting, and barista duties. The role involves delivering quality food and beverage service, maintaining clean and safe work areas, handling payments, and helping guests with products, orders, and loyalty programs. Training is provided, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and career development. The position is listed for the first shift, 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime availability is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are offered.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service, building lasting relationships and responding to their needs.
Work across multiple team roles as needed during a shift.
Prepare, sell, and serve food while supporting quality, safety, sanitation, and efficient food-service operations.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and other guest areas, and uphold brand standards for a clean, safe, and friendly environment.
Operate the cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and inventory, and assist with ordering, product rotation, and inventory management for kitchen and food operations.
Prepare food according to brand standards and recipes, ensuring consistent offerings.
Help guests locate products, place orders using Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
Create handcrafted beverages using specialty coffee equipment and selected coffee beans.
Recognize guest and teammate needs, resolve issues, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
