Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison are seeking a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming, high-quality guest service and food experiences. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. Responsibilities vary by role and may include greeting guests, preparing and selling food, assisting guests with products and orders, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning, maintaining kitchen sanitation and food safety, managing food inventory, and promoting current offerings and loyalty programs. Training is provided for beverage preparation and other position responsibilities. The position is scheduled for the day shift, 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, communicative, team-oriented, coachable, and able to provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clear communication skills.
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Team-first attitude and coachability.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build positive, lasting relationships by understanding and responding to their needs.
- Provide friendly guest service and help resolve guest issues so guests want to return.
- Perform multiple cross-trained roles as needed during a shift.
- Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and recipe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, equipment, restrooms, and other work areas.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves and inventory, rotate products, and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Assist guests in finding products, placing orders through Made to Order kiosks, and enrolling in loyalty programs.
- Represent the brand by sharing food and drink samples and explaining current offerings and promotions.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve how work is done.
