About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and quality food and beverage experiences. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves helping guests, preparing and selling food and drinks, handling payments, stocking inventory, cleaning, and maintaining safety and brand standards. Training is provided, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and ongoing career development.

The listed first shift runs from 6 AM to 2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The position requires standing for the entire shift and lifting and stocking inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to be coached.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service that encourages them to return.
• Build relationships with guests and identify and respond to their needs.
• Perform duties across multiple position types during a shift, as required.
• Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and recipe standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, on kitchen equipment, and throughout guest areas; uphold brand standards.
• Handle cashier duties, including collecting payments, making accurate change, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, clean restrooms, and assist with marketing promotions.
• Participate in the Made to Order program and help guests place orders, find products, and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions to guests.
• For kitchen duties, support ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Identify and resolve guest or team needs and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
