Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring Retail Team Members to provide excellent guest service and food experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role includes welcoming guests, building relationships, resolving guest needs, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and safe work areas, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, and supporting promotions and loyalty programs. Training is provided for beverage preparation and other position responsibilities. The posted first-shift schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clear communication skills.
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Team-first attitude and coachability.
- Able to stand for the entire shift.
- Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide friendly and personalized service, and build lasting relationships.
- Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency standards.
- Resolve guest issues and needs, identify solutions, and communicate improvements effectively.
- Maintain a clean environment throughout the store and uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and friendliness.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions as needed.
- Participate in the Made to Order program by connecting guests with the kitchen and helping place kiosk orders.
- Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
- Guide guests to products and assist with loyalty program enrollment.
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and follow health, safety, recipe, and brand standards.
- Support food responsibilities that include ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
- Learn to prepare handcrafted beverages using company-provided training and equipment.
