About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and contribute to food and beverage experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience, maintaining clean and safe areas, and helping guests find products, place orders, and learn about offerings and promotions.

Work is scheduled for the first shift, 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The company provides training and career-development opportunities and prefers to promote internally.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service that encourages them to return.
• Build relationships with guests and understand and respond to their needs.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and service efficiency.
• Identify and resolve guest and teammate issues, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
• Maintain clean guest areas, restrooms, kitchens, and kitchen equipment, and uphold brand cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, and complete multiple tasks proactively in response to guest and store needs.
• Participate in the Made to Order program, connect guests with the kitchen, and help guests use ordering kiosks and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions to guests.
• Follow recipes and brand standards to prepare consistent food offerings; handle food ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the company’s equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
