Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and contribute to food and beverage operations in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service or prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on delivering a positive guest experience, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. Training is provided, with ongoing development and opportunities for internal advancement. The stated first-shift schedule is 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Clear communication skills.
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Team-first attitude and coachability.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide attentive service, and build positive relationships by responding to their needs.
- Prepare, sell, and help guests find food while following quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency standards.
- Resolve guest and teammate issues, identify solutions, and communicate better ways of working.
- Maintain a clean and pristine environment in guest areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and around kitchen equipment; uphold brand standards.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves and inventory, complete multiple store tasks, and support marketing promotions.
- Personalize guest experiences, participate in the Made to Order program, and connect guests with the kitchen.
- Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
- Guide guests to products, assist with orders on Made to Order kiosks, and enroll guests in loyalty programs.
- Prepare food according to brand standards and recipes; support product rotation and inventory management.
- Create handcrafted beverages using the provided brewing machinery and selected coffee beans.
