About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and contribute to food and beverage service in a convenience-store environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on creating positive guest experiences, maintaining a clean and safe store, and supporting efficient, high-quality food service. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. The listed first-shift schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The employer offers part-time and full-time schedules. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to stand throughout the shift and lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service; build relationships and respond to guest needs.
Perform functions across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
Prepare, sell, or help guests locate food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and service efficiency.
Resolve guest and teammate issues, identify solutions, and communicate ideas for improving operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and pristine environment throughout the store, including restrooms and kitchen areas.
Operate a cash register, process payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and support store tasks and marketing promotions.
Host guests, participate in the Made to Order program, guide guests to products and kiosks, and support orders and loyalty program enrollment.
Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and follow sanitation, health, safety, brand, and recipe standards.
Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
