Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and support food and retail operations. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The position focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience, maintaining a clean and safe store, preparing and selling food and beverages, and helping guests with products, orders, and promotions. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. The listed first shift runs from 6 AM to 2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The employer offers part-time and full-time schedules.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Clear communication skills.
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
- Team-first attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Able to stand throughout the entire shift.
- Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide friendly service, build relationships, and help ensure guests leave satisfied.
- Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and recipe standards.
- Keep kitchen equipment, work areas, restrooms, and other store areas clean and sanitary.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves and inventory, rotate products, and support ordering and inventory management for kitchen and food operations.
- Help guests find products, place orders at Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
- Present food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
- Use Swiss beverage-making machinery to prepare handcrafted beverages.
- Identify and resolve guest and teammate needs, and communicate opportunities to improve processes.
- Follow brand standards and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
