Retail Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming, high-quality guest service and food experiences. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across several roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves responding to guest needs, helping guests find products and place orders, supporting food preparation and service, maintaining a clean and safe store, and completing tasks such as stocking shelves, operating a cash register, and promoting current offerings. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and internal advancement. The stated day shift is 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Communicate clearly.
- Be able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Be accountable, reliable, punctual, coachable, and team-oriented.
- Be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Be able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide friendly service, build relationships, and help ensure guests leave satisfied.
- Respond to guest and teammate needs, resolve guest issues, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
- Support food service by preparing and selling food, helping guests locate food items, and following quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency standards.
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and follow recipes and brand standards for consistent food offerings.
- Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
- Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions as needed.
- Personalize guest experiences, participate in the Made to Order program, help guests use ordering kiosks and loyalty programs, and provide food and drink samples.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages using the provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
- Keep all areas clean and uphold the brand's Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier standards.
