About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide excellent guest service and food experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The work includes welcoming guests, building relationships, helping guests find products and place orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling payments, stocking inventory, cleaning, and maintaining safe, sanitary, and brand-standard work areas. Training is provided, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and career development. The posted shift is 6 AM–2 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime availability is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. The parent company, Tri Star Energy, is a local, family-owned company based in Nashville, Tennessee, with over 2,500 employees and nearly 200 locations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide attentive service, and build lasting relationships by understanding and responding to guest needs.
Perform duties across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, efficiency, recipe integrity, and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, on equipment, and throughout guest and store areas.
Follow brand standards and help keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and inventory, and support product rotation and inventory management.
Support food and beverage programs, including Made to Order orders and handcrafted beverages.
Provide samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
Help guests find products, place orders using Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
Recognize and resolve guest and teammate issues, identify solutions, and communicate ideas for improvement.
Perform basic cleaning tasks, including cleaning restrooms.
Support ordering and other kitchen and food responsibilities as needed.
