About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and contribute to a high-quality food and store experience. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role involves interacting with guests, preparing and selling food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting store operations. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. The position is listed for the day shift, 6 AM–2 PM. Requirements

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide friendly and personalized service, and build lasting relationships.
Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Resolve guest and teammate needs and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
Keep guest areas, kitchens, and equipment clean and uphold brand standards for a cleaner, safer, and friendlier store.
Operate a cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change while maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and assist with marketing promotions and other store tasks.
Support the Made to Order program, help guests use kiosks, guide them to products, and promote loyalty programs and current offerings.
Maintain kitchen sanitation, health, and safety standards; follow recipes and brand standards; and support food ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Prepare handcrafted beverages and provide food and drink samples to guests.
Perform multiple position types and tasks during a shift as needed.
