About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and support a range of store and food-service operations. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food-service team member or prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, preparing and selling food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and helping guests find products, place orders, and use loyalty programs. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and internal promotion. This position is for the overnight third shift, from 10 PM to 6 AM. Weekend availability is preferred. Overtime availability is optional. The job requires standing throughout the shift and lifting and stocking inventory weighing up to 50 pounds. Schedules are available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Able to stand throughout the entire shift.
Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build lasting relationships by responding to guests’ needs.
Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and service efficiency.
Keep guest areas, kitchens, and kitchen equipment clean and uphold brand standards for a clean, safe, and friendly store.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions as needed.
Participate in the Made to Order program, connect guests with the kitchen, help guests place kiosk orders, and promote loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
Follow recipes and brand standards to prepare consistent food offerings; support product rotation, ordering, and inventory management.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using company-provided equipment and selected coffee beans.
Identify and resolve guest and teammate needs, and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
Perform duties across multiple position types as needed during a shift.
