Retail Team Member Overnight
About The Position
As an Overnight Retail Team Member at Maverik, you help create an exceptional customer experience and keep the store ready for the day ahead. You stock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers, and prepare the store for the morning rush. The role offers opportunities to learn different parts of the business, build skills, and contribute to the team. Team Members are expected to demonstrate Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) behaviors with every customer; move between customer service, stocking, and maintaining food displays; and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time overnight position. To qualify for the shift differential, you must work at least five hours between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must have a Food Handler Permit if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing, and potentially lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
