About The Position

As an Overnight Retail Team Member at Maverik, you’ll help create an exceptional customer experience while keeping the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the day ahead. You’ll assist customers, maintain food displays, and help prepare for the morning rush while demonstrating Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) behaviors. The role requires adapting to changing situations and working safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. To qualify for the shift differential, you must work at least five hours between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.
• Must be able to perform the stated physical activities, including moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• To qualify for the shift differential, must work a minimum of five hours between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

• Transition between engaging customers, stocking supplies, and maintaining enticing food displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the day ahead.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and provide service in fast-paced circumstances.
• Work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
