About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Retail Team Lead. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps create a positive environment for customers and colleagues. The role includes organizing merchandise and back stock, overseeing shipments, coaching employees, providing customer service, and following loss-prevention procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
